On June 30, 2007, the Korean and American governments signed the Republic of Korea-United States Free Trade Agreement (KORUS FTA) in Washington, sixteen months after the negotiations officially began in February 2006. Reactions were split in both countries regarding the outcome of the negotiations., and Congress in the United States. However, since American president Obama has taken office, there have continually been talks of the possibility of renegotiation....
